Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "639 jili," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 639 jili online gaming platform, accessible at 639jili.co, and its operators.
• "You," "user," "player," "member" refers to any individual who accesses the 639 jili platform or creates a registered account.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a user upon successful completion of the 639 jili registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held in a player's 639 jili account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless specified.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is entitled to hold only one (1) 639 jili account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the 639 jili platform is truthful, accurate, and current. You are required to update your account information promptly should any details change. 639 jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639 jili username, password, and any other access credentials. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. All activities conducted through your account — regardless of whether they were authorised by you — are your legal and financial responsibility.

639 jili strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) on your account. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 639 jili support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate remedial action as promptly as circumstances allow.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

639 jili is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of its players. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at the following stages:

• Upon first withdrawal request exceeding specified thresholds;
• When cumulative deposit volumes trigger regulatory reporting requirements;
• When our systems detect unusual account activity warranting review;
• At any time at the discretion of 639 jili's compliance team.

Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, PhilSys ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 639 jili will notify you at your registered mobile number prior to applying dormancy fees. A monthly maintenance fee may be applied to dormant account balances as described in our Fee Schedule, which is available in the player account settings. Where a dormant account balance falls to zero, the account may be closed without further notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being suspended pending investigation. 639 jili does not accept cash deposits or cryptocurrency.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be withheld pending completion of KYC procedures. 639 jili reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Processing times stated are averages and may be exceeded during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 639 jili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is performed by 639 jili. Players depositing from non-PHP-denominated bank accounts are responsible for any foreign exchange costs applied by their financial institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The 639 jili welcome bonus is available to new registered members who make their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum deposit threshold, a wagering requirement, an expiry period, and a maximum withdrawal cap — all of which are specified on the promotion page at the time of offer. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. 639 jili reserves the right to determine eligibility and may withhold the bonus if fraudulent behaviour is suspected.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

639 jili may offer reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral bonuses, and other periodic incentives to eligible members. Participation in ongoing promotions is at 639 jili's discretion. Players may be required to opt in to specific promotions. 639 jili reserves the right to modify or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus credits already validly claimed by players before the modification date.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically advantage-play bonus offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or use of third-party bonus hunting tools — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 639 jili may, in its sole discretion, void bonus credits and associated winnings, and/or suspend or terminate the relevant account without prior notice.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All slot, table, and RNG-based games available on the 639 jili platform use independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical payout rate of each game as certified by the relevant testing laboratory. No game on the 639 jili platform has been modified to deviate from its certified RTP.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics — cards dealt, wheels spun, dice rolled — conducted by trained human dealers. 639 jili is not responsible for interruptions to live streams caused by factors outside our control, including network issues on the player's side. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 639 jili platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or providing false date-of-birth information;
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other artificial means to access or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Initiating chargebacks on deposits while retaining corresponding winnings or bonus credits;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 639 jili for money laundering;

Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 639 jili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without written authorisation;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on 639 jili content;
• Use 639 jili's name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 639 jili platform.

Unauthorised use of 639 jili intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under Philippine law and applicable international conventions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 639 jili, its operators, affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 639 jili platform;

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 639 jili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law under the applicable laws of the Philippines.

639 jili's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by 639 jili

639 jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing; violation of applicable law; or any conduct that 639 jili deems harmful to the platform, its users, or its regulatory standing.

11.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination for breach, 639 jili may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any Bonus Credits and associated winnings. Real-money balances (excluding fraudulently obtained funds) will generally be returned to the player's verified payment account following completion of any required investigation, subject to deduction of outstanding amounts owed to 639 jili.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your 639 jili account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closing your account, you should withdraw your remaining balance. 639 jili will process voluntary closure requests within five (5) business days of receiving a verified request. Account closure does not affect any self-exclusion obligations you have accepted.

Disputes & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with 639 jili's resolution, you may escalate the complaint to PAGCOR's player complaints channel in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. 639 jili will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the game session in question. 639 jili will review studio and server records to determine the correct outcome and apply any necessary correction to the player's account.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 639 jili's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to these Terms & Conditions is expressly excluded.

Nothing in this clause shall limit PAGCOR's regulatory authority over 639 jili's operations or your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.

Amendments to These Terms

639 jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via your registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the 639 jili platform at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the 639 jili platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version of the terms was published. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must cease using the 639 jili platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
